Welcome to the Online Application system for the Lancaster County School District Office of Instructional Services.

Please note the information below:

  • There is a non-refundable fee for each application.
  • The completion of and payment for the online application DOES NOT guarantee that the student will be accepted into the school you are selecting.
  • All applications must be completed online.
  • Read the instructions below prior to completing the online application.
  • You will receive emails from (scribonline@scribsoft.com) to notify you of the status of your application. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.

 

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any falsification of information may result in your request not being processed.

Information for School Transfer Applications:

Important Please note the following:

  1. Students who wish to attend a school other than their zoned school of attendance must submit an online application and a $10 non-refundable application fee.
  2. Transportation is NOT provided. If the transfer is approved, the student may not ride the bus for any reason.
  3. Approval of applications subsequent to the established deadline will be granted for unique hardship situations and will be determined on an individual basis.
  4. If there are documented patterns of truancy, late arrival and/or late pick-ups the transfer will be re-evaluated.  
  5. There is NO guarantee of approval.
  6. You will receive emails from (scribonline@scribsoft.com) to notify you of the status of your application. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.
  7. If approved, this transfer may affect athletic eligibility.  It is the parent's responsibility to contact the athletic director to make this determination.

This is an official application. The information contained within this online application portal should be considered private. When filling out an application, please complete all information in full, check the accuracy of your application, then finalize the order process through payment of the 'order fee'.

Online Payment Options:

  • Credit or Debit Card - This is a secured option to pay the application fee online with a credit or debit card. No additional fees will be assessed to pay online.
  • Money Order - A money order is to be used as an alternative to the online payment by selecting "Pay by Money Order" at the bottom of the form. Cash and checks will not be accepted. The money order must be made out to "Lancaster County School District" and delivered to the Office of Instructional Services along with a copy of your receipt or order number. The order number is required for the Office of Instructional Services to complete your online application. The address is: Lancaster County School District, Office of Instructional Services, 300 South Catawba Street, Lancaster, SC 29720. Your order will not be processed until the money order is received.
